Human Resources Internship located in Brookfield, WI


This internship applies to those studying Human Resources with an interest in recruitment. With the guidance of the Talent Acquisition team, you will learn the day-to-day operations of the recruitment needs in the manufacturing industry. A high degree of confidentiality and accuracy is required in this role with respect to all information that is processed throughout the department.

What you'll do:

• Support all functional areas of HR with a primary focus on recruitment and administration.
  
  


• Partner with the recruitment team on current hiring efforts.
  
  


• Post job ads, communicate with candidates, conduct phone screens, schedule on-site interviews, and monitor pre-employment compliance.
  
  


• Support with campus and military recruitment efforts.
  
  


• Prepare correspondence, maintain files and records, and conduct special projects.
  
  


• Other duties as assigned by management.
  
  

We need you to have:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  
  


• Sophomore status or higher preferred in good academic standing
  
  


• Knowledge of all pertinent laws including but not limited to FLSA, Title VII, ADA, EEOC, etc.
