RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Analyst III Specialized in Reston, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Works with key stakeholders within HR business functions alongside our HR Technology Products team to support our enterprise-wide Oracle HCM


• Works with key stakeholders in support of the set-up and testing of the Workday HCM


• Supports one or more highly complex business processes


• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities


• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs

• Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex HCM system issues and ability to support Oracle HCM and Workday patches, releases, and maintenance updates


• Ability to work across multiple HR businesses as a functional team member

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
