Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst II in Reston, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst II will provide support for the Resiliency Planning and Testing Team to review plans and testing evidence


• Focus may be on activities related to Business Resiliency Plan and Technical Resiliency Plan documentation, review of testing documentation, and support to other team members


• Participate in the general activities of the program and provide data analysis of plan and testing review

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of experience


• Basic understanding of continuity planning and testing in the Business and Technical space as it relates to Resiliency


• Basic understanding of IT systems and adaptability and willingness to learn


• Proficient in data analysis and ability to think critically


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Strong relationship management skills


• Tools: Jira, Teams, Microsoft Office 365 (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)


• Ability to analyze plan and testing evidence and report deficiencies to teams

Desired Experiences:

• CBCP Certification


• BCP/DRP experience within the financial services industry


• Experience with Fusion Risk Management Tool


• Resiliency and disaster recovery experience; Crisis management experience


• Business continuity management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
