RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is partnering with a local client that is hiring a full time UX Manager. This opening is in the Wexford, PA area and is hybrid, working on-site two days a week.

Summary:
This candidate will take overall ownership over the product and the experience of our customers who are not served by the direct sales team. In this role, you will be tasked with managing a major retooling and redesign of the product as well as an end-to-end customer experience, from first login through purchase, cross sell and renewals. The UX Manager will be judged on product engagement, upload activity, purchase rate, purchase size and customer attrition.

Key Responsibilities:


  • UX Manager will work closely and collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering and customer support teams

  • Design intuitive product experiences

  • Create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, brand guidelines, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas

  • As a UX Manager, you will present improvements on a regular basis

  • Delivering work on time and aligned to the roadmap, while constantly raising the quality bar

  • Working on upcoming roadmap solutions

  • Continually keep yourself updated with the latest changes in the discipline

  • Providing development-ready designs and assets for our team of developers







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field of study

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or product manager

  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in designing desktop and mobile projects

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in areas such as information architecture, customer experience design, product design or other similar areas

  • Experience with UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams and prototypes

  • Experience designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, buttons, widgets and custom-made components for our digital assets

  • Experience animating assets and components on Figma

  • Experience with both Desktop and Mobile design

  • Experience using Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, components and states, etc.

  • Deep understanding of core design tools, Figma and Adobe Illustrator

  • Thorough knowledge of user-centered design principles and traditional design principles, with expertise in how to apply them within a visual design system

  • Problem solving mindset and to be able to bring creative ideas to our team

  • High data visualization skills

  • Actively engaged in the UI/UX community and in tune with the latest developments in the industry

  • Strong portfolio to be presented during interview






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
