Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a System Analyst in Merrimack, NH.

Duties Include:

• System Analyst will serve as a supporting subject matter expert to provide timely, pertinent information to other members of the squad and/or business partners


• Provide insightful guidance/recommendations based on analyses to facilitate/influence decision-making processes and technology strategy


• Develop artifacts that support efficient and effective solution delivery, ex. User stories, process maps/workflows, system diagrams


• As a System Analys, you identify and respond to production incidents/issues - validation, scope, impact, urgency


• Responsible for guiding key integrations decisions, driving solutions and collaborating with technology partners

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with coordinating and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)


• Support in building current and future capability and process maps


• Ability to support integrated and regression testing


• Experience working with and supporting Talent Acquisition and Onboarding functions is desirable


• Proficiency in conducting a methodical evaluation of system capabilities relative to business needs; Ability to speak to the business, but also translate to actionable technical specifications for the software development team


• Ability to identify and assess technology solutions with an understanding of both the technical and operational (people/process) dependencies


• Ability to articulate both business and technical needs as functional and non-functional user stories


• Excellent listening, communication (verbal and written), influencing, and presentation skills


• A team mentality with strong ability to articulate strategy and decisions


• Experience with visualization tools/data insights is desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
