Printer Support Technician at Kforce Inc in Los Angeles, California

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Printer Support Technician in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Los Angeles, CA.

Summary:
The Onsite Administrators will perform various Printer Support Services at various locations in their territory. The onsite printer technician would be responsible for IMACD Services (Install, Move, Add, Change, or Decommission), system updates, e-mail updates and correspondence, ordering toner supplies and toner replacements. This technician would start the day by checking tickets and locations of needed assistance, ordering the supplies needed, and planning out which locations to visit that day. This technician should be prepared to visit 1-2 locations per day.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience overall in IT


• Great customer service skills more than anything else


• Strong communication and coordination skills; Experience working face to face with customers


• Great troubleshooting mindset


• Reliable transportation and cell phone

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
