Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a fully remote role.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work closely with product, design, and our customers to build and enhance our core product. As part of your responsibilities, you will contribute to transitioning from a monolithic architecture to microservices, leveraging Spring and Struts to build scalable, efficient systems. You will play a key role in driving innovation and improving the performance and security of the product.

• 5+ years of experience building software or web applications with object-oriented or functional programming languages


• Comfortable working on both the front-end and back-end of web applications


• Collaborative team player but also capable of working independently


• Understands how to build solutions using an agile approach and enjoy working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Customer Success teams to solve problems iteratively


• Value Test-Driven Development (TDD) and using tests to drive innovation and quality

We'd be delighted if you have experience with:

• Spring and Struts, and the ability to refactor and transition systems from a monolithic architecture


• Building Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions


• Leading incremental refactoring projects


• Working with technologies like React, Java, MySQL


• Familiarity with the FinTech is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
