The Head of Digital is a key role on the Athleta Leadership Team that perfectly straddles the art and science of ecommerce. We're looking for an inspirational, high-energy visionary who will elevate Athleta's digital expression to the next level through industry-leading website, app, media and omni customer experiences to unlock breakthrough financial results.
This is a uniquely exciting moment to join the team. Not only will you lead our ecommerce business through a period of unparalleled growth, but you'll influence and optimize all aspects of our digital platforms end-to-end. That includes ensuring we're building a world-class and elevated customer experience, thoughtfully integrating emotional and captivating stories, supporting the evaluation and integration of the most important and exciting new technical features to increase conversion, and otherwise ensuring our customer has the most supportive, frictionless, and inspiring digital brand experience possible.
You will be responsible for full P&L ownership across our digital channels and contribute meaningfully to the overall strategic vision for how this critical channel is going to help us achieve ambitious business and brand goals over the year. That includes owning and evolving the strategy & priorities across the digital experience and overseeing the cross-functional processes to enable customer-facing category experience (navigation, product content) in accordance with business strategy & priorities.
You'll also activate and inspire a highly talented team and support them through the inevitable highs and lows of a very dynamic business. We're looking for a cultural leader who can bring out the best in those around them, and ensure we have the psychological safety, growth mindset, and sense of purpose (and play!) needed to do career-defining work.

Salary Range: $255,300 - $351,100 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
