Job Description:

Long term contract positions for Level 2, 3 and 4 Systems Engineers.



ON-SITE in NEW HAVEN, CT 3 Days per week.



Rates will vary with experience and level.



Candidates must be commutable to New Haven area.




Job Summary: Participate in the design, development, support, and maintenance of the organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software.



Position Focus:

• Will be working on the Operations side. This area has an operations team and engineering team

• Must understand Distributed environments and be familiar with conflicting priorities.


• There will not be any deskside support work.

Job Responsibilities: * Assist with the build, configuration, and documentation of IT infrastructure * Maintain and support IT infrastructure, ensuring adherence to standards and service level objectives * Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure * Analyze and report on performance metrics * Implement and support robust and secure IT solutions * Serve as a technical liaison; support & collaborate with internal and external stakeholders * Contribute to development & implementation of best practice



Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in related field and 2 years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
