Job Description:

A company in north Austin is looking to bring on an EA to support their C-Suite. This is a hybrid position and this is a contract to hire role looking for someone to start ASAP. Pay is $30-34/hr.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist executives with scheduling and administrative tasks


• Coordinate travel and meetings


• Manage incoming communications


• Perform general office duties and additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of executive support experience required


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
