The Project Manager will support an existing contract with the Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), providing professional services support to accomplish key mission objects such as 1) end-to-end technical requirements management for enterprise IT services, 2) IT Strategy, Policy and Governance Support, 3) Development and Implementation Support, and 4) Operations and Maintenance Support.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
Establishing expectations with customer agreement and motivating project personnel to meet and exceed these expectations
Act as the single point of contact for engineering project requests, queries, and needs-related communications in support of the customer mission.
Strategic Project Development
Requirements collection and refinement
Duration planning and scheduling
Labor, licensing/subscription, and materials budgeting
Risk management
Project artifact development project charter, WBS, milestone charts, RACI matrix and Risk register, communication plan
Acquisition / Procurement support such as RFI (Request for Information), RFP (Request for Proposal), and RFQ (Request for Quote) in SLA formulation
Product increments, continuous delivery, and release plans
Operational collaboration and reporting
Prep and deliver leadership briefings
Project health and status reporting / dashboarding
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required; an additional four years of related work experience can substitute for a degree
Five (5) years direct experience, in the last seven (7) years, leading cloud and hybrid enterprise infrastructure and application development projects in the federal landscape
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
ITIL v4 Foundations
Experience with ServiceNow and MS Project
