Senior Accountant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

A Company in the Healthcare Industry is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This position will have the opportunity to work closely with the Accounting Director on various responsibilities.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare month-end closing journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations for all responsible property accounts


• Produce and report Financial Statements for a portfolio of real estate properties, including analysis


• Assist in the annual budgeting process, cash management activities and treasury tasks


• Collaborate with the property management accounting and operations teams, ensuring accurate and timely reporting


• Prepare schedules and analyses for tax consultants and external auditors


• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and manage time efficiently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field


• 3+ years of experience


• CPA is a plus


• Public Accounting experience is a plus
