Staff Accountant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Wayne, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

A highly-regarded private equity firm is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team. As a Staff Accountant, you will report directly to the Senior Accountant. You will play an integral role in maintaining the firm's financial operations by performing general accounting duties, as well as assisting in accounts payable procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop vendor invoices, process payments, and maintain necessary accounts.


• Aid in the billing and collections of relevant funds.


• Review and process expense reports.


• Contribute to the general ledger.


• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.


• Prepare 1099 filings.


• Assist with financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.


• 1+ years of accounting or accounts payable experience.


• Microsoft Excel proficiency.


• Intaact, Concur, or experience with other banking systems is a PLUS.
