The Mathworks Salesforce Administrator, for our Global Salesforce Lightning environment is a member of a strong, multi-talented CRM Salesforce Development Team, which is one of the many internal development groups in MathWorks.
Work as a primary support person to resolve Salesforce issues in a timely manner.
Exhibit solid verbal and written communication skills.
Work with team to coordinate vendor releases and internal releases.
Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and debug Salesforce code,configurations, and processes.
Oversee all administrative functions in Salesforce, including the creation and maintenance of user profiles and permissions.
Demonstrate Salesforce reporting knowledge and work to assist others with this functionality.
Configure and administer within Salesforce using tools like Lightning components, APEX, API, SQL, and process automation tools.
Qualifications
Salesforce Certifications-Administrative focus.
Solid Troubleshooting experience.
Understanding and some level of experience with Agile Methodology.
Proven understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Strong analytical skills
Self-starter mindset
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree is required.
