Infosys is seeking a GEN AI Tester with NLP Knowledge,

As a GEN AI Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Should be able to execute JCL jobs and query in DB2, understand different file types for processing and provide KT sessions if required. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Design and develop generative AI models specifically for testing applications, such as automated test case generation, test data synthesis, and anomaly detection.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with QA engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI-driven testing solutions into the development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies.
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and its applications in testing.
• Lead research initiatives to explore and implement cutting-edge generative AI techniques in the testing domain.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in testing scenarios.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, applying relevant innovations to improve testing methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and data scientists in the testing domain.
• Communicate complex AI concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders, particularly in the context of testing.
Familiarity with data engineering and big data technologies.
