What You'll Do:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.


• Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger reconciliation, and month-end close processes.


• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.


• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasting.


• Maintain and monitor internal controls and financial policies.


• Support external audits by preparing necessary documentation.

What You Bring:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).


• At least 2-5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a corporate or public accounting setting.


• Strong proficiency in accounting software (experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar tools is a plus).


• Solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.


• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.


• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
