Seeking Remote Telesales Representatives that live in CA that can start ASAP!



Fully Remote position!



Pay: $22/hr



Do you have experience working remote? Do you enjoy talking on the phone with customers? Do you have experience making outbound calls? If the answer is yes, then this position could be a great fit for you.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



• Conducts telesales activities, including appointment setting and negotiation of space rental prices with venue partners through various forms of remote communication.


• Make 100 outbound calls per day.


• Addresses customer concerns remotely calmly and professionally.


• Ensures accuracy of location profile data in the database system through remote updates.


• Completes lease forms and agreements remotely.


• Develops comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the business, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information, through remote training and self-education.


REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:



• Preferably at least one (1) year of remote telesales and customer service experience.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Ability to communicate effectively through remote channels.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress while working remotely.


• Possesses a remote-friendly demeanor, being friendly, courteous, and customer service-oriented.


• Demonstrates excellent judgment, discretion, and attention to detail while working remotely.


• Ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision in a remote setting.


• Proficiency in remote communication tools and software such as email, virtual meeting platforms, and document management systems.
