Job Description:

A growing healthcare company is seeking a Communications Specialist on their Print Communications team. This role will support the execution and programming of print communication materials for their enterprise clients.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Work in Google Apps, Microsoft Office and API systems to program print materials based on client requirements.



  • Work in Google Apps, Microsoft Office and API systems to program print materials based on client requirements.

  • Input communication requirements into the technical platform and proofread and review materials for accuracy, ensuring that each material matches the template and requirements that were provided.

  • Facilitate questions and issue troubleshooting between external print vendors and internal partners, such as Account Management, Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Data and Engineering teams.

  • Complete necessary edits and feedback to finalize the materials and move them into production.

  • Ensure that all owned deliverables stay on track per the project timeline, while proactively communicating deliverable progress and status and escalating risk when necessary.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a communications role

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
