Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Temporary Administrative Clerk in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a short-term contract/temporary position helping out with scanning and clerical administrative duties. Key Responsibilities
Scanning documents, data entry, alphabetizing and organizing files
Additional administrative support as needed including phone support, mail/packages, order office supplies
Support on special projects or preparation for events
Qualifications
Attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and problem-solve
At least 1 year of recent experience working in an administrative or office position with similar responsibilities
Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
Compensation and Hours
This is an hourly position paying about $19-20/hr
Hours for this position are 8 am to 5 pm
This is an in-person position in Baltimore City
Assignment is contract/temporary, length of time will be determined by the workload
