Environmental Planner/Project Manager




Location: Roseville, Hybrid work option available



Salary: $80,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience.


In this role, you will manage and prepare CEQA and NEPA documentation, oversee impact analyses, and handle report preparation and document review. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to business development and client relations, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on various projects across California.



Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of environmental planners, biologists, archaeologists, and other specialists to ensure projects comply with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.


• Prepare and manage environmental documentation for diverse projects.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and develop client relationships.


• Provide training and mentorship to staff on CEQA/NEPA and related environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Environmental Planning, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, or a related field.


• Strong knowledge of the CEQA process and California environmental regulations.


• Excellent writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
