Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service in response to inquiries for the Funding Communications Team through phone, email, chat, and video conferencing.


• Ensure inquiries are addressed within the timelines set by management.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.


• Follow client privacy policies and adhere to HIPAA guidelines for compliance.


• Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the customer relations system (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant databases.


• Address customer inquiries received via email, mail, fax, chat, or phone.


• Collaborate as a cross-functional team member to contribute to development and support company initiatives and objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelors preferred but not required


• 2+ years of relevant communications experience and/or work experience with Medical Insurance


• Efficient problem analysis and problem-solving skills.


• Computer literate with demonstrated ability to learn new programs.


• Familiarity with Salesforce software a plus!

Additional Info:

  Pay range: $58-$62k


• 
  Schedule: M-F 7:00am-3:30am CST


• 
  Location: Hybrid (Onsite 1-2 times per week)
