Identifying and categorize PAR issues and denials with an expectation to resolve an achieve an approval in timely and efficient fashion
Ensure systematic changes to insurance records accurately reflect the PAR process required for success with future cases/files
Attain proficient working knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Office Products, and other supporting databases
Product, catalog and website knowledge is required to assist customers
Respond to customer inquiries sent via e-mail, mail, fax, or over the phone
Data entry from e-mail, phone, fax, mail and web orders
Data collection and data maintenance
Coordinate with Accounting/Finance members to resolve customer account issues
Excellent computer/technical skills
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience required
Computer literate and demonstrated ability to learn new programs
Above average written and verbal communication skills
Hours: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: $24/hr-$28/hr
