Job Description:

Prior Authorization Specialist / Insurance Coordintor opening!




Responsibilities/Duties of Position



  • Identifying and categorize PAR issues and denials with an expectation to resolve an achieve an approval in timely and efficient fashion

  • Ensure systematic changes to insurance records accurately reflect the PAR process required for success with future cases/files

  • Attain proficient working knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Office Products, and other supporting databases

  • Product, catalog and website knowledge is required to assist customers

  • Respond to customer inquiries sent via e-mail, mail, fax, or over the phone

  • Data entry from e-mail, phone, fax, mail and web orders

  • Data collection and data maintenance

  • Coordinate with Accounting/Finance members to resolve customer account issues

  • Excellent computer/technical skills

  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience required

  • Computer literate and demonstrated ability to learn new programs

  • Above average written and verbal communication skills


  • Hours: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm


  • Pay: $24/hr-$28/hr


  • Location: Roseville
