Location: Garner, NC


Pay: $24-$27/hour


The Rewinder Operator is responsible for setting up and operating the Rotoflex Rewinder to rewind, inspect, and finish labels per work instructions.


Responsibilities:



• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and safety.


• Monitor Rotoflex Rewinder during operation to identify any issues or malfunctions.


• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.


• Package finished products according to specifications.


• Adhere to CGMP and ISO guidelines.


• Use hand tolls and equipment to assemble components as needed.


• Keeps work areas clear and organized; maintains housekeeping standards.










Qualifications:



• High School Diploma or equivalent.


• A minimum of one year of rewinder experience required.


• Strong mechanical aptitude required.


• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.


• Regularly exposed to noise, dust, odors, and oils.


• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines related to operating machinery.
