Job Description:

Construction company in Irvine is looking to add a Strong Staff Accountant to the team.


Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly and year end Journal Entries and record keeping.


• Conduct month-end and year-end closing.


• Prepare documents for audits and support year-end financial audit and other ad-hoc projects as needed.


• Banking and treasury functions


• Track Operating Cash and Intercompany reports and report monthly.


• Code invoices for AP entry.


• Report to the Director of Financial Reporting and aid in the implementation of accounting processes and procedures.


• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization and subsidiaries.

Requirements

• Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
