Immediate Outbound Call Center Position- Plymouth MN




Pay: $21-24/hr. (DOE or bilingual)




Hours: 8:30 am - 5 pm, Mon-Fri



Location: Plymouth, MN In Office ( may qualify for hybrid after one month Wed & Fri)

Job Duties:

• Conduct outbound calls to coordinate and arrange appointments.


• Draft lease contracts and establish strong rapport with customers through phone communication.


• Address customer issues with professionalism and ensure location profile information is kept up to date.


• Prepare and process leasing documentation while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.


• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of rental rates and pricing details.


• Keep informed about current campaign progress and actively pursue opportunities for personal development.

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in sales and customer service within a call center setting is necessary.


• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.


• Excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and keen attention to detail.


• Capable of working autonomously with little supervision.


• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
