Must live local in CA. This position is required to be in office 2 days a week, and remote 3 days a week.


Job Description:

• Seeking a keen listener who is results-driven to join a great company in Irvine, CA. The individual will be responsible for supporting the management of Life Insurance Portfolios. The ideal candidate should be an innovative thinker, detail oriented, and possess the ability to prioritize and focus.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process insurance carrier correspondences.


• Perform insurance carrier calls to obtain payment confirmations, values and document inquiries.


• Monitor daily reports for pending deadline action items.

• Run comprehensive policy data report to review cash flows and identify any potential risk.

• Proprietary software data import and management.


• Provide weekly and monthly reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.


• Intermediate Excel proficiency.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in Life Insurance or Life Settlement Industry.
