ABOUT THE JOB



The Marketing Specialist will join Marathon Health's field marketing team to develop and coordinate on-the-ground marketing and engagement strategy.



Note* Candidate MUST reside in one of the following states MD/VA/PA/DE.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Champion on-the-ground activities to support health center launch and ongoing engagement efforts.


• Create and attend ongoing series of events in key local markets to engage members - including in-person, virtual and grassroots events


• Foster relationships with key strategic partners to promote Everside health centers and drive engagement


• Generate creative opportunities for Everside awareness and visibility in key local markets


• Create content for marketing materials


• Analyze data and prepare monthly reports on client engagement


• Collaborate with internal teams to reach engagement goals


• Lead local grassroots social media efforts to position local health centers, practice staff, events and special promotions

QUALIFICATIONS



Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications plus 2- 3 years' experience in marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000/yr



The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate's years of experience and/or skill level.
