• Leadership & Supervision: Supervise manufacturing employees to ensure safety, product quality, and production efficiency. Manage staffing and labor costs, while maintaining positive employee relations in a union environment through coaching, counseling, and accountability actions.
• Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Lead or participate in project teams to achieve production objectives, drive continuous improvement, and remove barriers to productivity. Perform audits, inspections, investigations, and support a safe work environment by adhering to workplace regulations and reporting hazards.

When your expertise drives us.

• Education & Experience: 2- or 4-year degree preferred, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work any shift, including 3rd Shift, and pass a hair follicle drug screen.
• Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership and teamwork skills, demonstrated ability to manage fast-paced, multiple assignments with changing priorities, and excellent organizational skills with the capability to work independently.
