Job Description:

CAD & GPS Specialist

Ideal candidates will have the following skills, knowledge, and experience in and/
or be willing to be trained for the following skills:

• Trimble Business Center & Carlson
Takeoff Software.
• Survey with the Trimble GPS Rover.
• Set up jobsites for GPS equipment,
find lot pins, sewer/water stubs etc.
• Set top of wall and footing heights
for proposed projects.
• Design site specific CAD files from
blueprints for machine control.
• Export designs to machines and
field check design.
• Troubleshoot machine control
issues with the GPS.
• Project estimating.

Applicants should have experience with designing CAD files from blueprints and/
or clean up provided CAD files, as well
as provide CAD file takeoffs for bids with
yardage and gravel quantities
