An engineering consultancy in Boston is looking for an experienced engineer to join their team in HVAC design. In this role you will work on the development of HVAC and associated components to customer specifications. You will need to carry out specific calculations based on needs of the customer to select the right pumps and associated components for overall systems. You will also carry out the development of ducting and piping.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
7+ years experience in mechanical design
Hands on knowledge of CAD Software (Revit, Solidworks, CATIA etc)
Ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to travel (10%)
LEED, EIT, PE or similar accreditation is an advantage
