DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 





  • Develop and execute a comprehensive application modernization strategy that algins with the overall business goals and objectives of Technatomy.




  • Engage with federal market decision-makers in identifying, shaping and submitting proposals against contract opportunities within the LC/NC marketplace and establish Technatomy as the vendor of choice.




  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.



  •  Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and   modernize Technatomy's application portfolio.

     

  •  Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to drive innovation and stay ahead of the   technology curve.


  • Foster relationships and partnerships with industry-leading system integrators and vendors, such as Salesforce, PEGA, Appian, Microsoft and others.



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors. 




  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the application modernization practice, meeting quality standards and deadlines.




  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success and effectiveness of the application modernization practice.




  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement overall company strategy related to modernized application development.




  • Work with a team of application modernization experts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions. 




  • Represent Technatomy at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote the company's application modernization capabilities. 




  • Keep abreast of competitor activities and market changes to inform strategic decision-making and maintain Technatomy competitive edge. 

     





KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 




  •  Proven experience (at least 15 years) in Enterprise Application Migration Modernization or related technology.


  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (PaaS), containerization platforms, microservices frameworks, API Management platforms, low code/no code platforms, and platform provider solutions.


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. 


  • Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect are a plus.




 KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED: 







  • Prior VA or Federal Agency experience preferred. 



  • Prior experience with VA Digital Transformation Center (DTC), VA Enterprise Case Management Solutions (VECMS), VA Enterprise Module & System Integration Services (VEMSIS), or VA Product and Technology Ecosystem Management Service (PTEMS) is a plus.



 EDUCATION: 





  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. 





 CLEARANCE:   





  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. 





 WORK LOCATION: 





  • Remote with travel required.
