We are looking for someone who having good experience in Organizing Events for our Direct client.
Position - 1970 Sawgrass Mills Cir Sunrise Florida 33323
Duration - 3 months.
Pay - $26/hour
Start Date - 9/3/2024
Required Skills: • 1-3 years related work experience in Event Management, Grassroots and Tour activations, Retail Marketing, social media, Viral/WOM Marketing, Field Marketing, Advertising, PR, Campaign Integration, marketing strategy and multicultural consumer engagement. • Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience Marketing/Advertising • Demonstrated program management, asset optimization, and coordination experience. • Must be able to influence without authority and work with all levels of the enterprise. • Must be able to multi-task under pressuring deadlines and manage cross-functional teams, agencies, and direct reports through tight schedules. • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Moderate technology aptitude. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to perform under pressure during short deadlines. • Presentation skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Share Point. • 25% travel required some overnight travel, which may include weekends. • Frequent travel during Annual Election Period and Open Enrollment.
