General Maintenance Worker (GMW) performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, landscaping and electrical work. Other duties include but are not limited to: cleaning out properties, moving and removal of furniture, gutter cleaning, landscaping and light snow removal. Worker must be able to use a variety of hand and power equipment, work on ladders, and possess a valid cell phone to document and relay job progress.
