As a core part of our business model, you will broker and negotiate financing deals for both companies and real estate investors. We focus on financing middle-market companies with transaction sizes ranging from $10 million to $1 billion.

Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from Robinson & Co's finance brokering services. This may involve conducting market research, analyzing data, and establishing relationships with prospective clients.
Financing Solutions: Source financing for clients and collaborate with them to determine the most suitable financing options for their specific needs. This involves reviewing financial statements, preparing comprehensive loan packages, and negotiating terms with lenders.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by conducting regular meetings and presentations. As the primary point of contact, ensure that clients' needs are met and that their expectations are consistently exceeded.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for the company to pursue. Stay updated on industry developments and pinpoint potential areas of growth for Robinson & Co.
Business Development: Actively participate in business development activities such as networking events and industry conferences. Seek out new business opportunities and represent the company professionally.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments within the company, including underwriting and closing teams, to ensure a streamlined and efficient loan process for clients. Work in tandem with these teams to ensure timely deal closures.
