Hi we are looking for a professional studio manager with fitness studio or 5 star resort experience who loves people, fitness, wellness and can multi-task.

*MUST HAVE prior Fitness Studio or Luxury Resort Operations Experience

(Orange Theory, Club Pilates, F45, Trufusion etc..)

*High End Retail / Luxury Customer Service and Sales experience is necessary.

HIRING FULL-TIME STUDIO OPERATIONS, STUDIO MANAGER, MEMBER SERVICES, SALES PERSON for our boutique high-end group fitness studio. Our members are mainly female.

Possible shifts: - can be tailored- longer shorter etc

*Monday - Friday 5:30am - 1:30pm (3 - 5 days a week)

*Saturday & Sunday 8:30am - 1:30pm (4-8 a month)

Studio Manager will have two Part - Time front desk people to fill all shifts including the evening shift: 5:45pm - 7:45pm M-Th

Membership manager and top sales person

The Role

We need to sell more memberships

You will be responsible for driving and opening the day to day with new member recruitment and retail sales.

Making sure the retail shopify page is current and goods are selling online with IG and FB marketing, tagging and posting.

Managing the gym and retail Facebook Meta page

Creating local relationships to collaborate with to grow our business and create fun canva flyers

Overseeing all aspects of the Vibe 28 experience including events, member operations and member communication. Oversight of membership maintenance and new member development. Securing positive relations with all members and guests as well as delivering the best possible experience for all who enter Vibe 28.

The role is the face of Vibe 28 and tasked with delivering the best possible member experience, including events, pop-ups, member interactions and member communication as well as social media.

You are passionate about wellness and empowerment, a hands-on leader, personable and dedicated to building an inviting space for our members, guests and community.

Responsibilities | Job Functions
  • Hands on and oversee the daily operations and customer experiences firsthand.
  • A people person, motivating each member is your idea of a great day.
  • Look forward to forming deep connections with the people around you, and you care about creating a strong, confident community of members.
  • New Member sales and retail sales as well as our member retention.
  • Attention to detail, gym equipment in order, towels folded and stocked, retail fresh and in order
  • Customer service, greeting all members and guests with a smile.
  • Post social media content and develop member challenges, campaigns and events.
  • Develop creative content for member newsletter.
  • Use of e-commerce; Shopify, Square-up.
  • Know the Mindbody Software.
  • Assist instructors at the beginning and end of all 28 minute classes.
  • Keeping studio stocked and tidy - bathrooms, towels, gym equipment and retail.
  • Vacuuming and MOPPING studio floor at closing.

Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • 2 years of high-end customer service experience.
  • 2 years of luxury retail experience.
  • 2 years of fitness studio experience.
  • Social media skills; Instagram, Tik-Tok, Facebook Business, Square-up, Shopify.
  • Mindbody Software experience a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and be efficient.
  • Experience with Canva or Photoshop - artwork and design.
  • Accountable, reliable, positive good vibes and high energy.
  • Live within 10 miles of the studio.

$15 an hour + free gym membership + 20% off retail

- after a 3 month positive review + 20% membership sales commission
