Job Description:
This position is primarily responsible for supporting the outside sales team, contractors, and property owners by performing the following duties.
- Handling communication with distributors and customers via phone and email
- Processing purchase orders, sample requests, and returns.
- Conducting follow-up calls and maintaining accurate data entry.
- Collaborating with sales representatives to keep customer displays and literature updated.
- Managing customer and sales data in the database.
- Resolving delivery issues and handling account maintenance.
- Initiating claims for damaged or lost shipments and processing credit/debit requests.
- Supporting marketing initiatives and generating sales quotations and RMAs.
- Acting as a liaison between Sales Representatives and internal departments.
- Ensuring timely and professional communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
