Job Description:

This position is primarily responsible for supporting the outside sales team, contractors, and property owners by performing the following duties.
  • Handling communication with distributors and customers via phone and email
  • Processing purchase orders, sample requests, and returns.
  • Conducting follow-up calls and maintaining accurate data entry.
  • Collaborating with sales representatives to keep customer displays and literature updated.
  • Managing customer and sales data in the database.
  • Resolving delivery issues and handling account maintenance.
  • Initiating claims for damaged or lost shipments and processing credit/debit requests.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and generating sales quotations and RMAs.
  • Acting as a liaison between Sales Representatives and internal departments.
  • Ensuring timely and professional communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
