Our candidate should:
be located in the Charlotte, Miami or Tampa area and will work remote
come from a consulting firm (ie. Deloitte, PwC, McKinsey), at a Senior Manager level on track to Partner
be an intelligent individual who loves leading and developing people
has a growth mindset and can strategize how to get there
is systems focused
be obsessed with process mapping and continuous improvement
be an excellent communicator
Comp range of $225-250k base and bonus up to 50% paid quarterly, benefits including 401k matching.
