Location: Dallas TX | Work arrangement: Hybrid |Team Size: 4 | Reports to: Director, Employee Experience| Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for US | Language Requirements: Fluent/professional English, written and verbal.

As our Talent Engagement Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with HR, management, global talent acquisition and marketing. Working together will ensure we remain agile and focused on the future to ensure that employee retention remains high. You will have an integral part in our recruitment and branding efforts.

Other responsibilities:
  • Act as the link between local HR and our global talent acquisition team serving our hiring managers and candidates
  • Support various tasks within the recruitment process, while actively promoting and championing our diversity and inclusion strategies
  • Follow up with active candidates, both internal and external, through various communication channels
  • Assist HR with onboarding, processing offer letters and contracts, and updating our internal ATS system with the creation of profiles for all new hires
  • Work with our global hiring teams to attract and deliver the ideal candidate pipelines

Your Competencies:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR Administration or Recruitment within IT Industry
  • Thorough understanding of hiring practices and stages, including screening, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding
  • Ability to self-manage, meet recruitment deadlines, as well as work independently in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
