Contract: W2, 4.5 months (Leave Coverage)
Location: Long Island City, NY (Hybrid schedule)
Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour (based on DOE)
Brief Summary:
The Manager, Indirect Procurement will oversee Corporate Professional Services procurement for three categories: Total Talent Spend (Staff Augmentation), Travel, and General Corporate Services. This role will be responsible for managing RFPs, vendor relationships, and negotiations. A strong focus on indirect procurement and specialization in one of the three categories is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage procurement for Total Talent Spend, Travel, and General Corporate Services
Conduct RFPs and manage vendor relationships
Lead negotiations and contract management
Collaborate with Senior Manager and Analyst on procurement strategy
Provide detailed reports to the Executive Director and VP
Requirements:
5+ Years of experience
Experience in Indirect Procurement with specialization in Staff Augmentation, Travel, or Corporate Services
Self-starter with experience managing RFPs and vendor negotiations
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
