My client is an extremely well-regarded electrical contractor, who have been operating for almost 65 years across the DFW Metroplex. They predominantly work on ground up commercial electrical construction, with electrical package values ranging between $2.5m - $20m. They also carry out some select tenant improvement works.
Types of projects my client works on include but are not limited to: municipal buildings, hospitals, schools, high rise buildings, multifamily complexes, theatres, etc.
They are based in Richardson, 15 miles North of Dallas Center. Re-locators will also be considered, with re-location money offered.
My client is currently seeking a skilled electrical PM in Richardson, Dallas, to oversee and manage a diverse range of commercial electrical projects. From conception to completion, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion.
Assign resources to projects and project objectives and monitor progress.
Develop project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues to reach project goals.
Manage project budget to reach revenue, cost, and profit targets.
Manage and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance.
Participate in client meetings, contract finalization, and development of requirements and specifications.
Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
Oversee all phases of electrical construction for multi-million dollar projects.
Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage project teams and subcontractors effectively.
Ensure adherence to electrical codes, safety regulations, and company.
Package:
Salary - $130k - $160k, DOE.
Location - Richardson, Dallas.
Weekly hours - 40 hours.
Lucrative bonus scheme which ranges between 10% - 20% of your annual salary - dependent on company performance that year.
PTO negotiable between 2 - 3 weeks.

Requirements:
3+ years of electrical project management experience on large-scale commercial projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.
Business acumen and financial management skills.
Valid Electrical License on the Journeyman or Master level strongly preferred.
