The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in general operational support, including budget management, data handling, event support and addressing operational needs. The role will also involve calendar management for leadership.
Responsibilities:
Proactively manage the GM's complex calendar in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate scheduling and prioritization.
Collaborate with leads and program owners on ROB planning and execution, aligning with team priorities and deliverables.
Organize global morale events and team meeting, including logistics such as venue, agenda, catering, and onsite support.
Maintain distribution groups, security groups, and team memberships.
Manage travel arrangements for the GM and address issues as needed during travel.
Reconcile and submit expense reports for the GM, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Policy.
Support the full hiring cycle
Assist with hardware tracking and equipment procurement.
Complete special projects on time and within budget.
Demonstrate leadership and contribute to team culture; mentor and support other business support colleagues.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, report creation) - 2-4 years of experience.
Calendar management expertise, especially with Outlook - 2-4 years of experience.
Event support experience - 2-4 years of experience.
