Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, with experience in the painting industry a plus.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and subcontractors.
Proficiency in Google Suite and project management software.
Valid driver's license.
