The Client: Our client is a well-established, family-owned Heavy Civil Construction company with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Based in Mims, FL, with operations across the East Coast, they are renowned for their integrity, customer service, and the high quality of their work.
The Projects: Our client manages a variety of civil construction projects, including roadway repair, bridge construction, and stormwater drainage systems, with government agencies like the US Army Corps of Engineers, NASA, and major railroads. Currently, there's a strong pipeline of future work, so they're looking to grow their high-performing team by adding a senior estimator to the team.
The Role: You will have a background in estimating, civil engineering, or similar. Proficiency in HCSS (Heavy Bid) software is a plus. You will have opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities, guiding future company success through effective bidding and project management. You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, although this is just a guideline, and more junior or senior candidates are welcome to apply.
