Key Responsibilities:
Note; Onsite for Las Vegas, Hybrid for Norcross GA.
Adheres to standard proactive customer communication intervals including phone calls and emails which provide updates to the customer on the progression of implementation milestone and scheduling changes.
Updates and Tracks projects in Project Management tools and provides consistent updates and communications to the status of projects.
Partners with Project Management staff to assist during project lifecycle.
Willingness to pivot to support cross functional teams i.e.: Hospitality Network, Blueprint RF, Convention Services, etc
This is a project coordinator position for Hospitality.
Las Vegas Onsite Essential 8am - 5pm for Las Vegas
Norcross, GA Hybrid- minimum Tues-Wed onsite, 8am-5pm
Works effectively and influentially across boundary partners to achieve desired outcomes
