Responsibilities
Organize and participate in community events, such as health fairs and educational talks, while managing volunteer involvement
Design promotional materials, including ads and flyers, to publicize events
Respond to community inquiries in collaboration with colleagues and provided written updates on activities.
Track event details and process invoices and expenses
Develop event descriptions to recruit staff, inform leadership, and report to the community on initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of health education or community outreach experience
Previous experience in event planning and coordinating volunteers
Excellent project management and communication skills
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus!
