Join the Global Brand & Content Marketing team of a leading marketing technology firm to oversee creative project management and production. You'll collaborate with the Creative team, external agencies, and stakeholders to deliver top-tier marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end creative development and production for marketing initiatives across various domains.
Oversee complex projects, balancing high-level strategy with detailed deliverables.
Develop and maintain multi-month schedules, working closely with Creative Directors and external partners.
Handle large-scale shoots, including budgeting, contracts, and logistics.
Lead status meetings, ensure clear communication of key dates, and manage project compliance.
Onboard new agencies and production companies, manage budgets, and handle administrative tasks.
Requirements:
10+ years in project management and production, ideally in TV, creative agencies, or entertainment.
Extensive experience in video and photo shoot planning.
Proven ability to manage complex campaigns across multiple media channels.
Skilled in budgeting, licensing, and legal reviews.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., AirTable) and basic knowledge of creative tools (e.g., Figma).
