Midland's client is currently seeking electrical construction estimator/project managers. The estimator follows through and manages projects that they secure. The estimator/project manager establishes the customer relationship, prepares cost estimates, creates proposals, manages the purchasing of materials and subcontractors, works with our field superintendent to manage field labor, provides monthly work-in-progress cost/profit projections, delivers project close-out documents, and maintains an on-going relationship with the customer once the project is completed. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical construction industry and competence with Accubid estimating software.
