Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to work in the CFO Data Management line of business for a large financial services company. We are seeking candidates with established background leading projects for a financial services company. This line of business has a target operating model with several projects planned to improve efficiencies across the line of business. This candidate will be responsible for the organization, kick off, and the completion of these projects. This role will be working within the Controls group of CFO Data Management. Candidates should have extensive work history in several of the following key responsibilities:
  • Project planning, team coordination, risk management, and quality assurance
  • Understand technology architecture and where/how our tools interact
  • Solution Engineering: Build solutions for DM teams, which may include use of any of the tools listed in the following section
  • Report or process automation, as examples
  • Understanding of database design best practices
  • Leading testing, signoff, and implementation for solutions
  • Coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders across teams to deliver solutions with appropriate signoff and risk oversight
  • Perform business and systems analysis activities through the project lifecycle including scope definition, business case development, requirements gathering, functional and technical design, platform assessment, test script development, training strategy and implementation, and deployment and implementation assistance
  • Assist in the development and presentation of clear and concise deliverable presentations

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years bank experience, project management or other data control environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Power Point) including advanced excel functions such as pivot tables, Vlookup and Microsoft Visual Basic (VBA)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be creative, and be able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities skills needed to perform complex data analysis
  • Must possess very strong communication skills with teammates and leadership within CFO Data Management
  • Ability to create executive-ready presentations
  • Ability to work independently and take lead on addressing issues

Desired Skills:
  • PMP Certification
  • SQL/Data skills
  • Knowledge and prior experience with Liquidity Reporting / Regulatory reporting
  • Strong knowledge and prior experience with Data Controls monitoring and/or Data Control governance practices
  • Banking or Financial Experience
  • Familiarity with BAC Enterprise Data Management Policy & Standards
