The work includes site/civil design and permitting for residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial and retail projects.
Responsibilities/Top Skills/Qualifications:
design, permit and construction plans & specifications
site planning
grading and drainage
knowledge of local permitting agencies and regulations a benefit
proposals
client & contractor coordination
management of staff
training staff
billing / collections
AutoCAD / Civil3D
proficient in Microsoft Office
good verbal communication, written communication, and organizational skills
